shipping policy
Please be sure to double check your billing and shipping address before shipping! If the customer puts the incorrect address they will have to contact the mail/courier service and update the address with them.
Processing your order takes 2-3 business days and 3-7 business days for your order to arrive to your location. International shipping may take 7-10 business days depending on your location. Business days are Tuesday-Saturday.
You will receive a tracking number once Extended Beauty Bar has shipped your package. If you can’t find your tracking number, contact us ASAP (make sure to check all mail folders including junk mail).
When shipping, we suggest you use UPS for a safe and reliable shipping courier for tracking and delivery updates.
Once the customer receives their tracking, Extended Beauty Bar is not responsible for the package on the way to the customer. It is then the courier/mail service’s responsibility. Please be sure to keep updated with the tracking and any questions please contact the courier/mail service directly.
