  • What shipping carriers do you use?
    Our shipping carrier is UPS.
  • Do you ship overseas?
    Yes, we ship international.
  • How long is processing, shipping, and handling?"
    Processing your order takes 2-3 business days and 3-7 business days for your order to arrive to your location. International shipping may take 7-10 business days depending on your location. Business days are Monday- Friday. You will receive a tracking number once Extended Beauty Bar has shipped your package. If you can’t find your tracking number, contact us ASAP (make sure to check all mail folders including junk mail). Once the customer receives their tracking, Extended Beauty Bar is not responsible for the package on the way to the customer. It is then the courier/mail service’s responsibility. Please be sure to keep updated with the tracking and any questions please contact the courier/mail service directly.
  • Where can I find hair care tips?
    You can visit our website ExtendedBeautyBar.com for hairstyling videos, how to’s, and more. You can also visit @hairbyjazmeen (Instagram) & Mizz Jazmeen (YouTube).
  • How much hair do i need?
    Weaves usually 2-4 bundles depending on the bundles. The longer you go, the more you’ll need. Tape Ins usually 2-3 Extended Beauty Packs I tips usually 1-2 Extended Beauty for half head & 2-3 Extended Beauty for full head.
  • May I return my order?
    Due to cleanliness and sanitation reasons, we have a no refund and no return policy, only exchanges.
  • Can I make changes to my order?
    Orders cannot be adjusted or changed after payment is received.
  • May I make an exchange?
    We are pleased to exchange your package for the following 1 or 2 reasons only: You received incorrect product(s) OR Your product ordered was flawed. If your product ordered falls into 1 or both of those reasons, please be sure to let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please email us at info@ExtendedBeautyBar.com Make sure to include the following in your email: First and Last name Order # Reason for Exchange Picture of product (Optional) Once your email is recieved, we will send you an email confirmation. Once you receive the email confirmation, you may then send your product(s) back to our shipping location. Please note: Customer is responsible for all exchange shipping costs.

  • Are there any hair tips for caring for the hair?
    Hair lasts up 1+ year with proper care. Brush and attend to hair daily, You can comb starting at the ends. For textured hair it may require less brushing. Use sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. When washing, wash in a downward motion (this will keep the cuticle smooth). Wrap hair in a silk/satin scarf and/or bonnet or use a silk/satin pillow case. Use heat protectant when flat ironing. Hair can take 450 degree heat but it is recommended to use lower heat for touch ups. For textured hair, keep hair moisturized(try to avoid using products with alcohol. Once you remove extensions, wash in a downward motion, allow to dry and place in a location where hair won’t come across friction (silk or satin bag, box, hanger)
